Hi all, I am the creator of https://wreeto.com.
I got some really helpful comments on the first revision which were very valuable, so I decided to change a lot of things.
What do you think ? Is it clear what the product is about ?

I like the focus on note-taking versus the earlier iteration. And I like the fact that you've added some use cases as well. But I'm going to suggest going even narrower! Pick one of those use cases, and laser-focus on making your initial product offering only for that market and its needs. Examples of different directions you could go:
Of those, I'd think that college students won't spend money, and software developers won't use a SaaS solution for this. So that leaves either the IT use case or the blogging use case. Or another, if you can think of a better one.
If you pick one of these, then you can orient your entire landing page and product around it. That turns it from a vague Evernote competitor with half the features into something that the bloated generalist products simply can't do: Target the specific needs of a specific market, and add features that are only of interest to that market.
You can always go broader once you have success with your initial niche.
EDIT: I'm so opinionated about this, because, well, I've been there. Don't make the same mistake I did!
I believe that wreeto can offer things that a developer could use e.g. the public sharing feature that is similar to a gist but organised. Also, not all developers have/want to set up self hosted solutions and use vim notes, org-mode or joplin for such cases.
A majority of developers, especially those working on a macOS machine pay for Bear, Evernote or other tools. They even pay for sublime text when there is VSCode or Atom out there.

Fair point about developers. Maybe that would be a good niche to target then? I totally believe that you know more about your use cases than I do!
Yeah, this product was eons ago in internet time. It got a lot of traction by users, but they were mostly unwilling to pay for it. In my estimation, part of that was because I was trying to be everything to everyone instead of making a laser-focused product that solved a real pain point for a particular market.
Strangely enough, the desktop version sold much better than the SaaS edition, but in the end it still wasn't enough to keep the project going.
9 years ago the internet was a different place... But these points are good to know. Did you follow some users to find out why wouldn't they pay for it? Also, what was the pricing strategy?
I didn't do any formal user interviews on the topic or anything, so no. I think at the time there were a number of competing tools available on the low-end, and many of them were free. It's hard to compete with free. (Unless you solve a particular pain point that free doesn't solve.)
On the high-end (e.g. businesses), a stand-alone note-taking app that didn't integrate with your systems was kind of a hard sell.

Can I ask how did you advertise the product?
Let's see. 1. Google Ads. 2. Hanging out on forums where potential users were (people with note-taking use cases), and trying to be generally helpful. 3. Listing the product in various directories / lists of wikis.
Businesses is another market I'd like to focus, that's why I am working on different kinds of integrations and an easy to use API. Lots of useful information btw.

It sounds like the value prop is a simpler, more clutter-free option of note-taking tool? First thing that came to mind was also why this over Notion?
If the simplicity is the key differentiation, I think it could be emphasized more throughout, consistently.
For example, something like "a simple workspace to help you focus" rather than "your personal workspace for everything".

Thanks for your feedback. I like your idea about the headline. TBH, I haven't thought about it in depth and it starts to clear things out as I focus more on the product. Indeed, simplicity is the stronger key but not the only one. Proper organisation is another one.
I'd say it refers to a different group of people than notion but I understand your main point. "A simple workspace to help you focus" is closer than what I have now, I will change it! Thanks :)
It looks really nice. Very clean and professional. There's an issue on mobile when clicking "Get Started Now" the sign up page isn't responsive. But other than that it looks great!
Thanks! I haven't worked on the mobile responsiveness yet. Is one of the highest priority things on my roadmap.

This being said, I'd be curious to know why you're building this and how much research you've done upfront.
I'm asking you this because there's a lot of competition on this market and I don't perceive much the added value your tool offers in comparison to evernote or notion to only name two.

I am currently still using Google Keep, but only for the mobile and sharing capabilities. I was an evernote user in the past. Nothing satisfied me, especially these things:
Also, it's a very interesting project and due to the nature of my work I need this (on a daily basis to keep code snippets, walkthroughs etc.) I am decided to work until it becomes the best, fastest and most well designed solution out there. :)

Thanks for the feedback! Yes, I know about the bottom links :( I am going to fix them today ASAP. Signing in with Google and Github comes next. Or even with Evernote(!).
