Hey friends,
Over the past few days, I have been building a Notion workspace to solve a
" pain in the a** " problem that I normally faced while running product launches with cross-functional teams.
I'm dropping the early access landing page for the product (still a week or two away from finishing the Notion workspace).
Would love to have feedback 👇:

Here's the full story -
Flashback
I am a solo product marketer at a growth stage B2B2C mobile ad platform.
We just got done with a major launch and ....
Boy ! It was a nightmare - project managing the launch.
Had to run back & forth (a thousand times...) between teams - Demand Gen, Social, Content, Product etc. - just to align folks and get their bandwidth for the launch.
While all the internal comms were happening on MS Teams - it was a real task staying on top of multiple chat threads..
Fast Forward to present day
I thought of scratching my own itch. Built a scrappy Notion workspace that could act as a project buddy for solo SaaS marketers like me.
This Notion workspace is control center for SaaS product marketers to project manage all moving parts of a launch at one place.
Goal is to minimize bandwidth block & time over-spent in aligning teams and program managing a major launch.
Shamelessly, dropping link to my early access page.
Sign up if you find it useful.

In any case, I would love to hear if you faced similar situation in managing launches.
