🚀 Launched SignalLift – a Sheets-based Ad Performance Dashboard

I've spend a decade in the marketing analytics industry and have always hated dealing with messy data, inconsistent exports, and juggling calculations across multiple platforms.

Most reporting tools felt bloated or way too expensive, so I built something lightweight: SignalLift. I've launched on my own branded site, Gumroad + Etsy. Got my first Etsy sale last week - great momentum! I just put out a free ROI calculator template as a lead magnet, and I’m starting to publish SEO blog posts. Traffic is still close to zero but know this is very much in the building phase right now.

• Anyone here cracked the organic early distribution strategy? I plan to launch ads soon-ish but want to confirm product market fit organically first.

• For those who’ve shipped templates/dashboards — what was your first reliable traffic source after launch?
