Quick heads-up on the onboarding flow: The copy mentions a '30-day free trial,' but there’s a bit of micro-anxiety right at the start because it feels like a credit card might be required to unlock it. If it truly is a 'no card required' trial, explicitly stating '30-Day Free Trial (No Credit Card Required)' right next to the CTA would clear up that hesitation instantly.
When users feel like they might get hit with an unexpected billing wall, they tend to bounce before even trying the product. Just a tiny copy tweak that could save you a lot of sign-up drops!
One thing I'd be curious about is what managers end up trusting as evidence.
A cleaner summary can make oversight easier, but it can also make weak signals feel more conclusive than they really are.
