Why it is different:

- Smart Templates: Save your layout setups to automate repetitive document structures.
- Direct Editing: Run batch uploads and edit the results directly in-app before exporting.

This is useful, but I’d be careful with the way it is framed. “Data Extractio” makes the product sound like a generic extraction utility, while the stronger wedge is actually structured financial document intelligence: finding the right tables, previewing before credit spend, saving templates, batch-editing, and exporting clean data.
That matters because the buyers are not just trying to “extract data.” They are trying to avoid messy manual cleanup from invoices, reports, scanned PDFs, and repeated document formats. The smart templates plus preview-before-credit angle is probably the part that makes it feel more trustworthy than another PDF-to-CSV tool.
One thing I’d watch is the name. Data Extractio explains the function, but it also feels incomplete and very search-tool-like. If this becomes a serious finance/document automation product, Beryxa .com would give it a cleaner SaaS brand than a name tied only to extraction.
