🚀 Launching PropQuick (Beta)

PropQuick – Create Freelance Proposals in Minutes, Not Hours

Hey everyone 👋
I’m excited (and a bit nervous) to share one of my first indie projects: PropQuick , a platform that helps freelancers generate professional, customized proposals in just a few minutes.

The idea came from seeing countless terrible proposals from freelancers and small businesses, inconsistent formatting, messy structure, and unclear messaging. I wanted to build something that makes creating clean, professional proposals quick, simple, and effective.

I’m launching a beta version today and I’d love to get honest feedback from people willing to try it out. I have ideas for a roadmap, but my focus is on keeping it lightweight and practical, not bloated or overly complex.

So I built PropQuick to do exactly that:

⚡ Generate proposals in minutes based on minimal inputs
🎨 Customize tone and structure for different clients
🧩 Instantly export to a clean, print-ready PDF

Right now it’s in Beta and live on Vercel. I’m looking for early testers who’d like to try it out, break it, and share honest feedback, from UI/UX to templates, anything you think could be improved.

Tech stack: Vite + React + Tailwind (TypeScript), with html2canvas + jsPDF for proposal export.

What’s Next (the Roadmap)
I’ve got a few ideas for what comes next:

Expanding the proposal template library
Making customization even smoother
Integrating with common freelancer tools like CRMs or project boards
…but I want to keep the core experience simple and fast. No unnecessary complexity, just a tool that saves you time and helps you win clients.
