Launching Robofy - a chatbot for websites

I am sure many of you are wondering why to launch another chatbot product powered by OpenAI when there are already a few indie hackers who have already developed successful products in this space.

I have done market analysis and found that there are more than 10 live chat tools that have > $10M revenue right from Drift, Jivochat to Crisp.Chat.

Live chat is a proven use-case with a massive market size ultimately, Robofy bot chat will also introduce a live chat element. Thus the bot will answer most of the questions and whenever the bot doesn't have the answer, it will automatically forward the chat to a human.

I am hoping that ultimately, with this solution we can automate almost 80% of repetitive chats and can provide quick replies for known answers and human replies for newer questions.
