I’m launching TechGreenHub, an independent publication focused on the intersection of AI, SaaS, and sustainable technology.

The Problem As AI models scale and cloud infrastructure grows exponentially, compute power and carbon footprints are skyrocketing. Meanwhile, green tech solutions, sustainable software design, and energy-efficient architecture are often buried under enterprise press releases or dense research papers.

What We’re Building TechGreenHub cuts through the noise to deliver direct news, analysis, and practical insights on:

  • Green computing and energy-efficient software design

  • How modern AI and SaaS platforms can scale sustainably

  • Market trends in clean technology and green infrastructure

Why Now? Founders and tech leaders need actionable context on how to scale without ignoring environmental impact.

    Green technology needs better coverage because good solutions often struggle with something less visible than funding or engineering: being understood. There is a growing amount of work happening across clean technology, sustainable software, energy, circular systems, and climate innovation, but finding reliable information about these developments can still be difficult. I also think the quality of the information matters as much as the quantity. Clear explanations of what a technology actually solves, its limitations, resource requirements, and real-world trade-offs can help people make better decisions. How do you plan to distinguish genuinely useful green technology from products that mainly use sustainability as a marketing message?

      Thanks Peesh. You hit the exact core issue—greenwashing is rampant, and talk is cheap.

      To cut through the marketing fluff, our coverage will focus on verifiable operational metrics rather than press releases or self-reported pledges. Specifically:

      • Data & Audits: Prioritizing solutions backed by third-party lifecycle assessments, verified carbon accounting, and open-source benchmarks over corporate sustainability reports.

      • Architecture & Trade-offs: Evaluating actual technical implementations—like compute efficiency, server utilization, and energy intensity per request—alongside their real limitations and cost trade-offs.

      • Proof over Promises: Highlighting tools and platforms with measurable, reproducible impact today rather than net-zero goals set for 2030.

      If a product can't quantify its actual resource efficiency or explain the trade-offs, it doesn't make the cut.
