Tomorrow I launch my third SaaS project: Hey, Check It (https://heycheckit.com)
My first SaaS app cost me a fortune and made zero dollars. This is born of the wreckage of that (the only part that we really dogfooded TBH).
My second SaaS app has some usage on its free plan, but no paying customers yet. But it's small enough and does some good for folks that it's not a huge deal. And we're planning some updates which will be fun.
But this one feels like my heart and soul is in this, and I'm scared to death it'll die. We put more money into marketing than development for this one. We did an alpha and a beta and took feedback. Have some agencies on board for use post-launch.
I don't want this one to crash and burn. What am I missing? What else do I need to be thinking about?
Hey @dougblackjr
Good luck with your launch :) ! Remember that it's just an arbitrary point in time, you will launch many times so don't worry if it doesn't turn out as you expect.
I don't want to give you anything last minute to worry about, but I thought my feedback may be useful for you looking at the landing page:
Also, what channels are you planning to launch to?
Thank you, I appreciate that!
We'll be launching on here, Product Hunt, and Twitter, as well as to the internal clients we have wrangled up. Will probably do some paid advertising as well.
RE: The link and form, we just pushed the new version of the site, can you take a look?
