One thing I’d pay close attention to is how early user feedback gets shaped publicly. Launch traction isn’t just about upvotes anymore people validate products through external sentiment before committing. If that narrative isn’t intentionally managed from day one, it can quietly affect conversions even with a solid product.
There’s a structured way to guide that perception early and turn initial feedback into a growth asset rather than a risk. I’ve worked on similar launches where tightening that layer made a noticeable difference in trust and sign-ups.
Might be worth factoring in as you roll this out.
