List of all recently funded startups
Hi all,
I'm building up a list for my own use, but I'm wondering if that could be of any use to others. I'm also planning on updating it every day.
Basically that list contains:
- Startup name
- Founder(s)
- Last funding amount & date
- Type of funding
- Industry
- Short description
- Founder's email (when possible)
- Country/City
I'm also thinking of adding some graphs/stats like the most funded industries at the moment, trends, things like that.
So the question really is: are you guys interested? Should I keep on working on this?
There is also an aggregator of data about startups, investors, etc. Parsers vc https://parsers.vc/. Unlike crunchbase and pitchbook, they collect data from different sources, also from linkedin and facebook, and the data are automatically updated every day.
How would you differentiate from Crunchbase, Mattermark, PitchBook and CB Insight? Perhaps GrowthList too.

I know a few VCs who are curating that kind of list - they are scraping LinkedIn (if they see interesting profiles moving their status to "Stealth Founder"/ "Co-Founders"), they look into company registries, crunchbase, etc.! They are then using this list as their funnel for investment screenings. Could be an interesting audience (funds that don't have that yet)...
