Listing Form. Just right? or to pushy?

I'm allowing developers to add themselves to a city based directory listing of folks that enjoy working with early stage founders. One of the ways I'll monetize is by allowing devs to pay for a featured listing of some kind. I'm worried though it may be too pushy though.
