Long time lurker, first time hacker

I probably broke every rule of the lean startup at this point. I just launched my side biz to a crowd of crickets. I've also been developing a plugin product for well over a year now (still somewhat in stealth mode).

I suppose I had to prove it to myself before I could convince others to buy. I rationalize it knowing my addressable market is incredibly small and they're B2B corporate users so I need to make every interaction count. I'm starting the uphill climb of the direct outreach distribution strategy.

Anyway, this is very exciting and I've learned a ton so far. A new programming language, code-signing, packaging installers, cloud functions, and NoSQL.

Now I'm learning to sell in real time. If there's any lesson at all in this I'd say.... it's to keep going. Here's to the next update :)
