Looking for a couple volunteers to help me with a healthy idea!

I'm looking for a few IH'ers to help me out with an idea I have. Here's a quick summary of my history with healthy living:

  • Struggled to maintain a healthy lifestyle
  • Tried many different diets, nothing has stuck
  • Tried many approaches ("systems") with little success
  • All of these frustrations have been amplified by the lifestyle changes brought about by COVID (WFH, quarantine, stress, etc.)

After years of this rollercoaster ride, I'm more than ready to try something different. My hope is that taking a more qualitative approach to nutrition could help lead us to breakthroughs.

Here's what I'm hoping for a couple volunteers to help me with:

  1. Commit to trying a diet for a month.
  2. Take regular (daily, 1x/week, or 2x/week) surveys that will ask qualitative questions about the effects of the diet. (See further below for examples*)
  3. Share your thoughts on the process at the end of the month.

Note: Each survey will take 2-3 minutes to complete. I'll be participating as well and there's no way I'll stay with it if the surveys are tedious.

At the end of the month, I'll send out a summary of your results for you to review. My hope is that this process will give us a way of evaluating our own lifestyle changes, and over the long term, allow us to experiment with different health choices and find the ones that we respond to best.

If you're interested in trying it out, please fill out the entry survey here.

*Questions will be similar to the following: How was your mood? How was your anxiety? How was your energy? How did you sleep? How was your digestion? Things like that.
