Looking for a non-tech co-founder (Marketing/biz dev)

I run a social venture called We Care Social https://wecaresocial.co/ , we provide "social responsibility as a service" to companies for a fee. How do we do it? We work on behalf of companies to help charities digitally free of cost.

To date, we have helped 7 charities saving them over $12806.

The challenges
Since I am starting out, I need to spend my time and energy scouting charities, building their websites, finding customers, doing the sales. Essentially it's just me trying to do all the work and frankly, it's tough.

I would like to partner up with a non-tech person (marketing/biz-dev) to take over the marketing and communications part while I can focus on the technical part of the business and help on the business side when needed.
