I’ve already built the product.
Not an idea.
Not a Figma design.
Not a half-finished MVP.
A working AI-powered SaaS, ready to be taken to market.
Now I’m looking for the right partner to build the business with me.
I’m not looking for another developer.
I’m looking for someone who can bring customers, sales, distribution, or a strong go-to-market strategy.
The product is already developed, so you can focus on what actually makes a SaaS business valuable:
Getting it into customers’ hands.
I’m open to giving 40%+ of the project to the right partner who can genuinely add that value.
And if you prove you can bring customers, I’m open to making the partnership even more interesting.
There’s also a second option:
If you see the opportunity and would rather own the whole thing yourself, I’m open to a full acquisition at a relatively small price compared with building the product from scratch.
So:
Partner: 40%+ → bring distribution/customers → build the business together.
Acquire: Take the entire SaaS → own it → customize it → make it yours.
I’m deliberately posting this in Looking to Partner Up because I’m not looking for a random buyer.
Let’s stop talking about what we could build and start with something that’s already built.
DM me and I’ll show you the product. Let’s see what we can build from here.
Genuine question: what's the traction? MRR and user count are the only two numbers that separate "already built" from "an idea with a codebase." Also — if you're open to a partner bringing distribution, why not launch to a handful of users first and see what the market actually says? The product that fits one vertical deeply will always beat the foundation that fits none.
Hi Akram
What is the product? Could you please explain what it does and what customers are you targeting?
Hey!
The product is AutFlow Studio — an AI-powered business operating system that I built as a complete SaaS foundation.
The current version is positioned for digital agencies, combining things they normally manage across ClickUp/Notion/spreadsheets/accounting tools into one workspace:
• Clients & client health
• Projects & tasks
• Deliverables & approvals
• Documents & meetings
• Invoicing & revenue tracking
• Calendar & team management
• Reports & business analytics
• AI business briefings and an AI attention system
The interesting part, though, is that I don't see it as an "agency management tool" only.
The underlying system can be customized into a vertical SaaS for almost any business niche.
For example, instead of selling it as AutFlow Studio for agencies, someone could take the existing foundation and turn it into a specialized SaaS for a specific industry — with its own branding, workflows, terminology, features and AI behavior.
The AI layer is designed around the business's actual workspace data, so instead of being just a generic chatbot, it can understand things like clients, projects, deadlines, payments, tasks and business activity and surface what actually needs attention.
And I can go beyond simply handing over the existing product.
If you have a SaaS idea or a specific market in mind, I can work with you to turn the existing foundation into the MVP you actually want — including the branding, workflows, features, AI functionality and industry-specific customization.
I'm also flexible on the commercial structure. I understand that building and launching a new SaaS involves risk, so I'm open to discussing a deferred/flexible payment arrangement where I can help get the product to market first and you can pay me later as the business starts generating revenue.
That's why I'm looking for someone who understands distribution/GTM, or someone who sees a specific vertical opportunity and wants to take the product in that direction.
I'm also open to selling the entire product outright.
So if you have a market or SaaS opportunity in mind, I'd be happy to show you the live product and discuss what we could build from the existing foundation.
Interesting opportunity. Since the product is already built, one area worth addressing before pushing hard into customer acquisition is AI compliance and enterprise readiness. As you start approaching larger customers, questions around data privacy, AI governance, risk management, vendor due diligence, and security documentation can become part of the sales process. I work with AI and SaaS businesses on identifying these gaps and preparing the documentation needed to support growth. 🔐 It would be interesting to see what market and type of customers the product is targeting, as the compliance requirements could vary significantly.
Appreciate this. The product is currently positioned as a flexible AI-powered business operating system that can be adapted into different vertical SaaS use cases, rather than being locked into one enterprise market.
The main opportunity I'm exploring right now is taking the existing foundation and adapting it around a specific niche/customer base.
I'd be happy to show you the product and the current architecture so you can see where it stands from a compliance/security perspective.
What types of AI/SaaS companies do you usually work with?
I mainly work with AI and SaaS startups that handle customer data, operate across different markets, or are preparing to work with larger customers and enterprise clients. This includes AI platforms, B2B SaaS, fintech, healthtech, workflow automation, and data-driven products.
Since your product is designed as a flexible foundation for different verticals, the eventual niche will matter significantly because the risk, privacy, security, and regulatory requirements can change depending on the use case and the type of data involved.
I'd be interested in taking a look at the product and current architecture. From there, I can get a clearer picture of the potential compliance/security considerations and where the foundation may need strengthening as you decide which vertical to target.
Absolutely. I'd be happy to show you the product and architecture.
Actually, based on the type of companies you work with, there may be a more interesting opportunity here than simply reviewing the current compliance posture.
You already work closely with AI/SaaS companies and understand the recurring problems they face. I have the underlying SaaS product and infrastructure already built.
So rather than me trying to decide on a vertical myself, I could customize the existing product specifically around a use case you see in your market — branding, workflows, features, AI behavior, terminology, and whatever else is needed.
You wouldn't be buying a generic agency management tool. You'd be acquiring a ready-built SaaS foundation, and I would handle the customization and development needed to turn it into the product you actually want.
You could then own and operate the resulting SaaS yourself.
If that's potentially interesting to you, I can show you the current product first, and then we can discuss what you would want it to become and what I'd need to customize for you.
