Looking for a potential person to do JV on a no-code project

Hey Indie Hackers,

I have two website domains that I bought and built v1 on Webflow.

1. CompanyMortgages.co.uk

• Hypothesis: In the UK, due to tax law changes it has become more beneficial to invest in properties through your own company. I originally created this website with the idea of either generating leads to sell or/and just becoming an authority site for keywords to then sell.

• Hypothesis: I've read many job board success and I thought teaching was a good vertical so I created this landing page for teaching jobs and have been getting a consistent but low amount of sign-ups.

I'm looking to partner up with someone who has conviction in the idea and ideally some experience to execute so we can divide and conquer.
