Looking for a solution....Email lead generation.

Hey Indie Hackers-

I'm looking for a solution and/or product recommendations.

Background: I've been hacking together an email lead generation agency to help businesses scale their outbound efforts. I've put together a pretty good system to automate quality outreach via Instantly and Google Suite. I've identified a more evergreen niche and plan to scale the agency to cater to them.

My problem is organization. Multiple clients, with multiple domains and multiple user inboxes has proven to be a challenge. There have been instances where I've missed quality replies due to cluttered inboxes (out of office replies, bounces, "no longer with the company are constantly coming back).

Does anyone have a solution for 1. Keeping inboxes organized or 2. A software that aggregates all replies into one feed where I can keep better track of quality responses vs. Auto replies.
