Looking for a Solution for Application events Dashboard

I’m looking for a solution to monitor application events at scale.
I need to be able to feed it with events (timestamp with limited payload) and get a nice dashboard with custom queries (on a budget 😉).
Any advice?

This could be used to generate dashboards about:

• "How many operations X have been performed"
• "How Many users use this feature"
• "How many event x occurred"

Price matters ;-)
