Looking for a Tech Co-Founder

We're actively seeking a technical Co-Founder at Contapp....

I would love to find out people's experiences on finding a technical Co-Founder, this is all new to me but I feel it's time to step up a gear.

Contapp has been bootstrapped from the very beginning, grown completely organically. The biggest downfall for us is outsourcing development because it delays processes & growth so much.

We have an exciting vision for the future of our platform, however to make this next step up, I feel having a Co-Founder that can help with the tech side, would help us achieve that goal more efficiently.

So if anyone reading this would be interested in becoming a Co-Founder or would like to share some knowledge, i'd truly appreciate your help.
