Looking for a tech partner (python/javascript)

Hi Everyone !

I recently decided to shift my career from actuary to web developer.
But I also discovered how hard it was to find an entry level position when you self-learned :(
So, since I am always thinking about ideas to bring to life (even though the two businesses I created so far failed ^^), I thought the best way to build my portfolio and level up my skills would be to work on a side-project, with a more experienced tech guy than me.

I have a bit of experience in Javascript (Vue.js/React.js). Vue.js because I created an edutainment application on node.js/Vue.js. It reached almost 5k users, but our lack of marketing and business development skills made us stop the project.
React.js because I achieved this year a 12-month learning program with a well-known french online platform named Openclassrooms.

I am also a good Python programmer. And I feel I could leverage this to learn web frameworks like Django or Flask.

So my goal is to partner with someone who master either Python framework or JS ones.
I am open to join a project, or to brainstorm to find a good idea. I also have a bunch of idea I will be able to suggest.
