Looking for a technical co-founder

Hello to the coolest entrepreneurial community!

I have a prototype stage startup idea which was just accepted into a startup accelerator program! The bad news, my technical co-founder got some difficulties and decided to focus on his career, so now I'm looking for a co-founder who will develop with me the startup (for equity, unfortunately I cannot provide salary at this point).

The startup is a really promising one and was accepted into an accelerator after being thoroughly examined. In 2 words it's a marketplace in the hiring industry which will be the first company as such in the market. I believe we can close a small round by the end of the accelerator.

The skills I'm looking in the co-founder are dedication, pure interest and also knowledge of full-stack engineering.
