Looking for Affordable Newsletter Services: Recommendations?

Can anyone recommend some good newsletter services? I'm looking for a service that provides reliable delivery and is affordable. Which ones are you guys using and why?

Unfortunately, it seems that most newsletter services can become quite expensive very quickly and that's a challenge for free newsletters.
