Looking for an Experienced Crypto Trader (Options / Volatility)

We’re a small but growing trading team focused on crypto derivatives and structured strategies.
We’re looking to work with an experienced trader who’s comfortable with risk, execution, and real PnL accountability.

What you’ll work on

Crypto options (puts, calls, collars, volatility strategies)

Risk-managed trading (drawdown & exposure limits)

Execution and strategy iteration

What we’re looking for

Proven trading experience (crypto preferred)

Solid understanding of risk management

Comfortable with independent decision-making

Performance-driven mindset

Nice to have

Options selling / volatility strategies

Experience with institutional or prop-style trading

This can be remote, flexible structure.
