Looking for an experienced marketer, and designer to join team

Founders often have to wear multiple hats when building a business, and there's definitely some areas of building a business that an individual is stronger in than others.

I'm looking for an experienced marketer and designer to join a small team. The aim is to provide ongoing support to a small group of startups in various areas, available as a subscription.

A couple of examples of use cases:

1. Dev founder who has built a new landing page but I'm not an expert in design, it would be great to get some feedback from a UI/UX expert before I push it live and market it.

2. Founder wants to run some Facebook/Google ads, but I don't have much experience creating them. To be able to jump on a call with someone experienced in ad creation, who can explain the best way to use the platforms would be great.

This would be a contractor position, starting with a revenue share and then hopefully moving to a salary basis. Let me know if you're interested here or via email on my profile and we can chat!
