Looking for Commission-Only Business Developer (Remote)

I run ASCANX Technologies — a software development studio. We build MVPs, SaaS platforms, and custom software for clients. Fast. 2-5 day modules. Real delivery.

Our flagship product ASCANX is live on Google Play Store (175+ backend files, 224+ frontend screens). We have the technical infrastructure. What we need now is deals.

The Role:

  • Find and close software development contracts ($3k+)

  • You sell. We build.

  • 100% commission — uncapped earnings

  • Remote. Flexible. No hand-holding.

You should be:

  • Hungry. Not looking for a salary.

  • Experienced in outbound sales, cold outreach, or deal-making

  • Comfortable pitching tech services to founders and businesses

  • Active on LinkedIn, Twitter, or wherever buyers are

What we provide:

  • Service packages ready to sell (MVP builds, custom software, AI integrations)

  • Fast delivery capability (this matters when you're closing)

  • Direct founder access for scoping and proposals

To apply:
DM me or email muhammadabusufyangoraya@gmail.com with:

  • Your sales background (what have you closed?)

  • Your outreach approach (how will you find deals?)

  • Your LinkedIn profile

This is performance-based. You eat what you hunt. No cap on earnings.

The main thing I’d tighten here is not the commission structure. It’s the offer a business developer is expected to sell.

“Software development studio” is broad. A commission-only seller will have a much easier time if they can pitch one sharp buyer problem, not every possible MVP/custom software need.

For example, the strongest angle may be less “we build MVPs fast” and more “we help founders turn a validated idea into a working SaaS module in days, not months.”

That makes the sales conversation easier because the buyer can immediately understand the outcome.

If useful, I can put a tighter version in writing: the best buyer segment, sharper offer wording, and the outreach angle I’d use to help a commission-only BD actually get replies.
