Looking for Facebook help

I am looking for someone to help manage our organic and paid FB strategy. We have been creating all of our creative work in Canva and have tested different message, formats, etc. and now need someone to take what we have done and form it into a cohesive strategy.

Is there such a thing as a Facebook strategist who also can manage the creation and posting of content?
