›Looking for feedback -- AI for meeting notes and composing project deliverables

We're seeking insightful feedback as we gear up to adapt our product for Zoom and various other platforms (currently compatible with Google Meets). We've recently rolled out our newest offering, Briefly Create (check out our Product Hunt launch here: https://www.producthunt.com/posts/briefly-ai)

Our mission is to allow you to be focused in your meetings, removing the distraction of juggling note-taking. Briefly uses AI to transcribe your meetings and ensure no critical detail slips through the cracks. By generating summaries and assigning action items, it has found applications across an array of professional sectors, like sales, marketing, project management, and more.

Our tool is most impactful in variety of meeting settings including:

Meeting Coordination: Assigning of action items and proposing the agendas and timelines of subsequent meetings of the same group of participants.

Sales: Auto-drafting personalized follow up emails based on the transcriptions of sales calls.

Cross-functional Teamwork: Helping distribute tasks by generating action items for each team member.

Project Administration: Formulating Project Requirement Documents (PRDs), brainstorm lists, and prioritization of features.

Marketing Strategy: Generating briefs stemming from brainstorming sessions and discussions.

Customer Support: Crafting sentiment reports based on transcriptions from customer interactions.

Education: Transcribing lectures for those who couldn't attend the full session.

Research Projects: Transcribing interviews or focus groups, and streamlining data interpretation and insights.

Congrats on the Product Hunt launch! BTW this is super inspiring (I just started working on an AI this weekend)

The product hunt page adds a lot of validity!

When I went to the home page (and when I read your post) I noticed the language is very feature centric. I think adding emotional layers to the language would help to create a vibe in the copy.

I also think on the landing page adding case studies and testimonials would help.

For the blog page the formatting needs to be cleaned up on desktop to help create a professional look and trust.

The FAQs page doesn't have much vibe so maybe adding a small paragraph above the dropdowns would help set the tone for the page (and be an opportunity to connect with people exploring the site).

Some of the images on the how it works page are blurry (maybe cuz they're lower res than the others?)

Also for some reason the how it works page is "hard to read" maybe adding a little more vertical space between the different "texts" would help since you're using a darker background. There's also grammar/spelling errors on the how it works page (this will lower trust of potential customers).

    Your social are looking good!

As a whole not a bad website but I feel like it's very technical and doesn't lead to emotional amplification into buying the product. Also the difference between the get briefly and the early access buttons is confusing without clicking maybe there's better text than "Get Early Access" or maybe somewhere on the page explain what "Get Early Access" means.

    Hope this helps!
