Looking for founders who need AI automation

I’m looking to partner with a few founders who want to automate parts of their business using AI + no-code workflows.

If you’re spending too much time on things like:

→ Following up with leads
→ Answering repetitive customer questions
→ Sending reminders
→ Updating your CRM
→ Moving data between tools
→ Client onboarding
→ Scheduling & admin tasks

…I’d love to help you turn those manual processes into automated workflows.

I’m not looking to just build something because “AI is cool.” 😂

I want to find real business problems, build practical solutions, and help you save time.

If you’re a founder with a repetitive workflow that’s driving you crazy, DM me what it looks like.

Let’s see if we can automate it.

I’m working on a similar problem from the product side. I built WorkflowAI with n8n to automate repetitive content workflows — from AI-generated content and visuals to processing and delivery. What I’m finding interesting is that the real value isn’t just adding AI, but connecting all those separate manual steps into one workflow. Would be interesting to compare what kinds of automation founders are actually asking you for most.

    1. 1

Absolutely. I’ve noticed something similar too founders usually don’t come asking for “AI automation.” They come with a specific bottleneck: repetitive follow-ups, lead management, customer support, reporting, or tasks their team keeps doing manually.

The interesting part is figuring out which process is actually worth automating before touching the tools.

Would be happy to compare notes.

Saw you're looking for founders who need AI automation. i run a n8n automation studio (45 agents in production: support triage, lead qual, content pipelines, RAG, email automation).

    Model: free 5-min Loom audit → $1.5k setup (deploy end-to-end) → $500/mo retainer. 80% of work = adapting pre-built workflows.

Happy to share one workflow structure if useful. what stage — idea, MVP, scaling?

This is impressive 45 agents in production is no small feat.

I’m currently at the stage of looking for founders/business owners who need automation and want to get a few real-world implementations under my belt.

Would definitely be interested in seeing one of your workflow structures though. Always good to learn how others are building and deploying these systems.

love hearing that there are people like me out there working on similar solutions to these problems.

Same here! It’s great to see others working on similar problems and building practical solutions around them. Definitely feels like we’re on the right track.

This is a good way to approach it. I’d probably qualify the workflow before building by asking: what triggers it, what input does it need, what decision is actually being made, what output should be produced, where does a human need to approve, and how do we know it worked. A lot of founders say they want “AI automation,” but the real bottleneck is usually narrower: stale follow-ups, messy onboarding, missed reminders, scattered customer context, or weekly reporting nobody wants to assemble. Curious what you’re seeing most from founders so far: lead follow-up, onboarding, support, CRM hygiene, or internal reporting?

I’ve got a clearer focus now mainly lead follow-up, onboarding, and reducing repetitive admin work for founders. I’m focusing on workflows that save time without making things more complicated.

AI automation can be especially useful for founders who spend too much time on repetitive tasks. Things like lead management, customer follow-ups, data entry, appointment scheduling, and basic support can often be streamlined with the right automation. I think the best approach is to start with one specific problem rather than trying to automate everything at once. Test the workflow, measure how much time or effort it saves, and improve it based on real results. Good automation should make the business simpler and more efficient, not add unnecessary complexity.

    1. 1

Exactly. That’s the approach I’m taking too focusing on one clear problem, building around it, and measuring the actual result rather than trying to automate everything at once.

This is a smart approach. The best automation opportunities usually come from repetitive processes that are already costing the business time—not from adding AI for the sake of it.

One area that may also become important as these workflows handle more customer or business data is privacy, data access, and third-party risk. Once multiple AI tools and no-code platforms are connected, founders can easily lose visibility into where data is moving and which vendors are processing it.

I work with SaaS and AI businesses on compliance, privacy, risk assessments, and vendor documentation, so there could be an interesting overlap here as you help founders automate more of their operations. Would be interested to hear what types of workflows you're seeing most often. 🔐

    1. 1

Absolutely, I’ve been seeing a lot of repetitive work around lead follow-ups, client onboarding, reminders, CRM updates, and customer support.

And I agree with your point about privacy and third-party risk. Automation can solve one problem while quietly creating another if businesses aren’t paying attention to where their data is going.

I think there’s definitely an interesting overlap between what we both do. Would be great to stay connected and explore it further.

      1. 1

I’d be happy to stay connected and explore potential opportunities to complement each other’s work. There could be a strong fit between automation implementation and privacy, compliance, and third-party risk readiness, particularly for AI and SaaS businesses as they scale. 🔐

        1. 1

Absolutely. I can definitely see the overlap, especially as more businesses start connecting AI tools across different parts of their operations.

I’d be interested in learning more about the compliance and risk side of what you do and seeing where our work could complement each other. Happy to have a quick chat sometime and explore it. 🤝
