Looking for full-stack developer for a SaaS project

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for a full-stack engineer as a technical partner of a B2B SaaS project which was validated. I've launched a product with my friends but we made both technical and management mistakes. Now, I think that time to pivot it. UI design, HTML&CSS files, dozens of marketing documents (blog posts, persona etc), leads as early users, an investor who still believes the solution are ready :)
Key points:

** It will be started as an open-source project
** We won’t re-write the same app, will code easier and simplified (different) product as a new solution
** Looking for who has +4 years of web development experience at least and is eager to work hard
** Comfortable and familiar with remote working
** It’s like a side project for now, so I offer equity, not a paid job
