Looking for full-stack python dev to join as a third partner for our side-hustle-- building a SaaS email app

Howdy! My partner and I are looking for a full-stack python dev to join our side-hustle!

We're developing an AI-powered email app, Moatify. In short, we help journalists/newsrooms automatically filter out unsolicited & irrelevant email pitches/press releases-- ultimately clearing the inbox of distractions and increase productivity. While we're initially focusing on the media industry/professionals, we do plan on expanding out to other verticals and professions.

A little more about us: 
My background is in PR/marketing tech-- I've worked for both enterprise and startups (Techstars-backed) tech companies. I handle sales/marketing, research, operations & general biz-dev efforts. My partner is a PhD mathematician & data scientist who's handling the NLP/ML. Together we've built a robust AI model that can analyze pitches/press releases, as well as sort them by relevance.

We've proven the business out with a POC, and now we've been working on our MVP. However, we're a bit behind schedule and in need of a meticulous yet fast-paced technical partner to join us.

We're looking for a full-stack python dev who ideally has experience:

• building email apps for Outlook/O365 & Gmail/Gsuite
• with general email protocols, APIs, Oauth, etc
• AWS
• based in Austin, TX or USA (but open international)
