Looking for logo designer/graphic designer/video creator

Hey guys, I am looking for a Graphic designer/Video creator to collaborate with. I have a side project which is ready to launch and want to get a logo, social media banners & product video done.

In exchange, I can offer a certain percentage of the earnings for a certain period of months if it works out well and can get it monetized. At the very least you can do it just for a side project experiment which will be yours too.
