Looking for marketing person(s)

I am looking for one or more marketing people to join me at CentiPenny. I would like to find a CMO, but I am open to people with lower levels of experience. That would include college students looking for some experience or someone who is just looking for a side-hustle.

For the moment, it would be part time with the potential for full time for the right candidate. At the start, pay will be commission only. Since CentiPenny is a payment/donation processor, that has the potential to be significant as it is a percentage commission. Will transition to salary and a full time position as soon as possible, for a candidate who wants that. For a CMO, equity will be available (amount negotiable) along with the ability to help shape the direction CentiPenny goes.

General qualifications:
Strong knowledge of the "creator economy" and how to market to it.

Skilled with video/photo editing, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other social media channels.

Experience with writing for Reddit, Quora, and other community platforms.

Additional for CMO:
Experience with traditional marketing to various industries. Publishing and gaming industry experience would be a huge plus.
