Looking for minimal email builder for my business?

Hi all. I am Adam, I own and work for my Web & Design agency (Mahon Web & Design). I am looking for some help if possible?

I have many clients that I have on retainer maintenance packages and I am looking to automate the monthly email updates. I am currently looking at Audienceful (https://www.audienceful.com/) but open to other suggestions. I am very design driven so minimal with the ability to create neat templates/designs is very important.
