Looking for mobile dev for mvp

Hey,

I'd like to test out an idea which would require to develop a simple mobile mvp for validation. I can fullstak dev webapp but the App needs to access contacts list and i have no mobile dev experience.

Basically would be a kind of doodle like app with additional money collecting feature in order to confirm the partecipation. A simple poll on different dates with paypal Integration should do the play.

Anyone interested?
