Looking for paid growth contractor

Hi! I'm the founder of Seis - we're a YC backed mobile bank 100% in Spanish for Spanish speakers living in the US.

I'm looking for someone to run our paid ad spend. I'm doing it myself right now and it's time to hand it off to someone who actually knows what they're doing. :)

This is probably best for an individual running solo but def open to agencies too!
