The "not looking for another developer, the platform is already live" framing is smart — it immediately filters for capital-only conversations instead of people trying to pitch their own build services.
One thing I'd want clarity on before a first trade show with a silent backer's money: is the show mainly for customer acquisition, partnership conversations, or product validation? The right pitch deck (and honestly the right funding ask) looks pretty different depending on which of those three it is — worth nailing down before the booth is booked, not after.
The platform is live. The booth is not a validation exercise.
Primary: customer acquisition — Kickstart and subscriptions from people who already feel the 8–15 tool stack.
Secondary: capital conversations with people who only write cheques, not build pitches.
The deck stays the same for both. The ask does not change per visitor type. Product validation already happened on 30 June when zynthoro.ai went public.
The trade-show timing makes this especially interesting because the funding need has a concrete near-term use. I’d be curious what the first show is expected to accomplish for Zynthoro—customer acquisition, partnerships, or validation.
First show is HumanX Amsterdam, 22–24 September.
What it must do: investor conversations (VentureConnect) and customer conversations on the same floor. Not product validation — the product is live.
If it only produces compliments, it failed. If it produces meetings with cheque-writers and Kickstart or subscription checkouts, it did the job.
Partnerships are extra, not the reason we booked it.
