Looking for tech co founder

Hello!
we are looking for a tech/engineer that i can onboard as a partner in my company! The company is a software/app that connects contractors and customers/ peer to peer. We have so far, a finished product/app. We would need someone we can trust and can match the same/ passion drive to make this a success and serve as the CIO/CTO for the company in exchange for equity. Preferably a full stack engineer with some experience in jquery/ cordova.
A little background on who you would be working alongside with:
Me, Jaylinee, I have a background in operations and I wear as many hats as needed. I manage almost every day-to-day operations.
My partner Mike, is a former executive on wall st. He has been part of many successful business ventures and has been a strong force on wall st for over 25+ years.
Right now, we are just missing a piece to our puzzle to help us continue with the vision we initially began with.
