Looking for Tech Co-Founder to join us at Takeoff & help make learning things online better

Hey IH!

We're currently working on building an educational community and content platform that uses the tool of live interactive video combined with incentives to make learning things online better, starting with the SAT. The idea for the MVP boils down to "HQ Trivia for SAT" but we're really looking at that as a first go-to-market and powerful user growth engine. Once we have a sizable audience, we will begin curating and hosting interactive livestreamed "tutor sessions" by partnering with top YouTube and TikTok creators. The ultimate aim is to allow anyone to livestream any type of interactive educational content they want on the platform.

Validation so far:

• 1500+ landing page signups with $0 paid (90%+ came from 2 TikTok teaser videos that education content creators made for us free of charge)
• Several of the top SAT content creators from YouTube and TikTok in terms of follower count have confirmed their interest in creating live, native content for the app free of charge
• Founders of Yik Yak, Treatwell, and FuckJerry have all agreed to come on as official advisors to the company once incorporated
• Secured first commercial contract LOI with consumer retail company

You may be a great fit if you:

• Have a strong technical background, with some years of experience in iOS development. Ideally, you’re also comfortable outside iOS, and have some experience with full-stack development.
• Prefer simple solutions and designs over complex ones, and have a good intuition for what is lasting and scalable.
• Have a desire and ability to empathize with the users,
• Experience working with video is a plus (especially streaming tech).
