Hi Indie Hackers!
I'm looking to acquire a SaaS business generating $5K to $10K MRR. I'm open to various types of businesses across many industries but with a churn rate under 10%. The budget is up to $300K.
Anyone interested in selling?
P.S. Yes, I've already checked on MicroAcquire.

Love it! Thanks
Jumping in late here, but maybe this helps someone else who stumbles on the thread. I was also looking to buy a SaaS using an SBA loan, and after tons of research I came across sbaloanshq.com. They're the kind of consultants who walk you through every step, not just "here's a lender, good luck." They clarified the whole process for me and even helped with financial projections.
If you're looking to acquire a SaaS business with a monthly recurring revenue (MRR) of $5K to $10K, you're targeting a promising segment that balances manageable risk with significant growth potential. This range typically indicates a well-established product with a steady customer base and the opportunity for further scaling. Be sure to assess the product's market fit, customer churn rate, and operational efficiency to ensure it aligns with your investment goals and capabilities.
Hey Tom, I don't have a SaaS that is making $5K to $10K MRR yet but I'm curious about these types of acquisitions. Can you share some insights about your next steps to scale when you acquire a new business?
Good luck!
At some point I was looking for a startup to acquire, though in a much lower price range. Sadly, majority of the businesses for sale are either stagnating or, worse, scam. You need to look hard to find the right one.
launched a saas 4 days ago and has made $750 so far
I wanna sell it asap just cause I need the capital
if ur interested dm me on twitter @siddharthd01
Please dm me at @eyaltweets, also a potential acquirer

Thanks! But it's a little bit small for us :(
it has now generated $8k in revenue, dm me on X if you'd be interested
are you interested in a micro SaaS fabform.io
What's your MRR?
Did you buy MailHunter? What's the story there?
Nope :) I'm only the CEO of MailTracker, which is still majority-owned by Hunter.
Why is MicroAcquire not good? Seems like tons of stuff on there.
I checked a lot of time but didn't find something that match my criteria
