Do you have a portfolio website? If yes, I recommend you'll share it. If you don't have one yet, I suggest you build one to increase the chance that people you outreach to will answer.
It's a competitive niche, but as someone who worked with several freelance developers over the last few years, I noticed that if the freelance has a portfolio website/active github page or a tiny cool tool, it already made them stand out on Upwork.
