Looking to talk to (For possible $$$) Dev/ProjMgr/SoftwareReviewer (Entry or Skilled)

Hi.

Working on a project, and might need to talk to a few (or more) ProjMgrs/Devs/Code Reviewers. Depending on the process, there might be a small renumeration involved.

Interested in a couple of topics:
1- What tools do you use for projMgmt functions., Code Review processes, when creating the webapps -- either as part of a team, or a single entity
2- Are you open to completing a short survey dealing with questions in this area?
3- If you have solid skills in this area, would you be open to commenting on the initial "design/layout/functions" of a webapp targeting this area?

The project is involved with creating a webapp/process for taking an "idea" from the idea phase to the potential "release" phase, and all the phases going from start -> end.

If you're possibly interested in being part of the process to add your information, please let me know.

thanks

This sounds like a solid project and an interesting conversation to have — tooling and workflows for project management and code review are often where teams gain the most productivity. For example, lightweight tools like Trello or linear issue boards help surface blockers quickly in small teams, while more formal systems like GitHub/GitLab reviews and automated CI checks help maintain quality without slowing velocity.

I’d be happy to share my perspective on tools and workflows, and I’m curious — are you mainly focused on picking the best existing tools, or building something that guides teams through the entire idea → release process with its own frameworks?

      wow.. old post!

i've backed back a bit.. I've started to look into AI, and if it can be really useful. I'm seeing more cases that give me confidence that carefully crafted/constrained AI dev processes can make significant process.

i'm not sure you can do a complete/complex app with no issues. but I'm thinking you can get fairly far down the road.

so, i decided to backup, to build a framework to build apps, with AI. I know, you have vscode, and extensions, as well as other open source, paid solutions, but I'm looking for something that can tie into what I mentioned regarding an ideation/projmgmt process. So, i'll eventually get both "processes", which will then allow me to build the things I want, in a formalized/repeatable process..

All off the upfront "what to create", "how to potentially create it", etc.. will be a function of a lot of work on my end, and a bunch of "free" AI/LLM access via opencode/openRouter..

creating the various "spec/design/prd/requirements" docs to feed/refine the processes should be doable with this method.

this will get to the actual testing of the dev with the given target AI, and the requisite AI/agents/subagents,

if any of this gets close to working, the process would be on the way to allowing users to build apps, and get the things close to working.. -- without blowing through a dev budget.

if you're interested, hit me up!
