Low (No) conversion rate - feedback wanted

Hi folks,

I built SwagAI as a weekend hackathon project a couple of weekends ago, and based on all the AI hype on Twitter, thought it would bring in a bit of $.Harsh reality check: 0 sales.

Would love some feedback into why the conversion rate might be low - hypothesis is either it's too expensive ($30 for a custom t-shirt), or the UX isn't intuitive. I just pushed a couple of UX changes today to the experiment might be tainted, but any feedback welcome.

P.s. if anyone provides a suggestion that I implement and results in a sale (regardless of whether the change actually caused the sale), I'll send you a free t-shirt with the design of your choice!
