Made this app to track your mental wellbeing

I've made it because I wasn't happy with what I found on the App Store. So I decided to create something unique in matter of design and features.
The result is "Moodistory" (https://moodistory.com), a highly customizable mood tracking app, letting you even track your mood from your Apple Watch, and making sure your privacy is safe!

So far, Moodistory was featured on Mac Life, Techradar, stuff.tv, Tapsmart, and even App of the Day on Apple's App Store.

Since I'm always on the lookout for unique features, the next update adds a very special one which I haven't seen anywhere else: Import external mood data. With it, you can import any mood data that you may have collected in a Google Sheets file, Excel sheet or even in some other app. With this new feature, especially new users who have already collected data won't have to start from scratch. The update is planned to be released this Thursday, Feb 24.

Let me know what you think if you give Moodistory a try! Feedback is always welcome!

Thanks for reading ❤️

    Looks good!

If you don't mind sharing, can you elaborate some more about how did you get featured on these blogs and if it brought any downloads and paying users?

      Thanks!
Sure - I'm using classic PR to try to get featured. This means I was writing editors directly and pitching my app. From my experience, it's near to impossible to get featured using a general contact form or some kind of general contact email address to reach the editorial team.
The effect on the downloads was - I'd put it - moderate. That's probably a lot because my app is a paid app... not sure what the effect is if you have a free app. However, any articles improves the visibility, and I'd say pays off in the long run.
