Make money off your side projects...Thinking about creating marketplace for indie businesses?

I know a lot of fellow indie founders who build side projects or build one thing and then move on to the next. Would you guys be interested in a place where you can list your side projects, or projects you don't have time to grow... a marketplace for products that don't generate revenue, and want to sell the brand, code (and user base if it has one) ? A place to make some money off something you don't end up launching/pursuing, and a chance for other micro founders buying to launch a turnkey business at a more affordable price. I built this out for selling my own businesses but if enough people are interested ill make it an indie founder marketplace
