Manifesto(dot)page side project going live πŸ₯³ looking for people into Personal development to share early feedback.

Hi Community,

I am launching a new side project and would be happy to hear some thoughts from you!

The site is https://manifesto.page.

It is a place for individuals to write down in a one-page manifesto format their intentions, motives, aspirations and learnings. A place where you commit to work towards being a better person, and write down the actions to undertake to reach that goal (manifestos are public).

Unlike as dairy, a manifesto is not intended to take notes of life events or a particular emotion on a given day, its content is almost evergreen. Unlike a note taking app, manifesto.page is completely centered around this one purpose : writing down your own declaration of motive, commit to it, and follow-through.

This is the MVP, users can:

  • Create their own accounts
  • Write / save / update their manifesto
  • Browse sections through side panel index
  • Log events at a paragraph-level
  • Comment on other people manifestos at a paragraph level
  • Bookmark other people manifestos

I have a long list of features I would like to build next – some bugs fixing in the first place, but as of now I am looking for feedback here on indie hackers, especially for those of you interested in personal development.

  • Landing page: do you understand the purpose of the app?
  • Onboarding: does it works for you? Confusing?
  • How do you feel about the minimalist design? OK? needs to be polished?
  • What key feature are you missing?
  • Would you use it? If not why?
  • Would you use it? If not why?
  • Which traction channel would you use in priority?, [distribution / communication ideas are welcome 😊]

Any open response will be really appreciated! This is my first communication/feedback action since the website is in production.

Thanks a lot!
