Marketing help on-demand for a flat rate

Over the past few months I’ve been transitioning all of my pricing to be transparent and productized and thought, “Hey, what if I did something similar for consulting?”.
I know a lot of Indie hackers need marketing help and there isn’t much between DIY and outsourcing.

Hand holding only?
Pretty much (depending on how you're defining hand-holding).
Depending on the plan, you get either just hand-holding or handholding + worksheets/to do lists
Weak - if a founder had 100 hrs a day and twelve hands they could do it all. The reality is, education and hand holding does nothing to solve the execution/hours per day issue.
I'd disagree about hand-holding not solving the execution/hours per day issue.
Whatever a founders weakness is, analysis paralysis or not knowing what they don't know is often what keeps them from executing. And trying to learn what you don't know takes up a lot of time.
Cutting out both and having a simple to-do list tailored to their growth needs and company is a lifesaver.
The to-dos are worksheets built form the SOP's we use to run client campaigns on a daily basis.
Hand-holding is a stepping point. Like how a fractional CTO is a stepping stone to a full-time CTO.
And we're an agency - we can run the marketing completely if that's fits time and budget better than assistance.
