I have been building SaaS products for a few years now, but never focused much on Marketing which ofcourse is a huge mistake.
Its only from April this year I understood its importance. Somethings that I learnt and implemented are -
I find marketing really interesting and that products built for marketing sit on the revenue center side of things for the customer hence lesser friction in adoption.

Growing the list is the biggest challenge which many founders struggle with so they give up far to early.
