Mastermind Formation

I'm forming a mastermind group of people who want to create real, measurable accountability. The group will consist of friendly, direct, driven individuals who just want to make some concrete progress. We'll meet regularly to set accountability goals, network (not "network" but really point each other in the right direction), and prop each other up.

Valid constructive criticism will be a regular thing. Not only do we need to get good at receiving it, but also giving it in a direct, effective manner.
