Medtech Stack: Backend

Hi Community,

I'm building a medical tech product now. We are aiming at a modular architecture, input/outputs needing on the run calculations, adapting on its targets of the nervous system. Specifications will be further explored during upcoming trials. I'm looking at 3 software partners, and reviewing proposals on .Net vs Go vs Python vs JS. I'm evaluating long-term prospects of talent, integration and scalability. We have ruled out node.js, but I'm curious to hear, what the community thinks of .Net? Beyond fashionable trends.... any advice, much appreciated!
